Terms and Conditions

Shipping and Handling
All initial orders for Signetek products will be shipped, using Pro Fit Optix’s preferred provider. Shipments will be priced per pound.

Warranty Policies
All of the following warranty policies are designed to reflect the warranties which exist at The manufacturer.

Defective Warranty
No-charge replacement will be provided within 30 days of original invoice.

Cancellation or Alteration
All services and products used up to the time the order is cancelled or altered will be charged.

KODAK Unique Lens Patient and ECP Satisfaction Guarantee
If the patient or ECP is not satisfied with any progressive lens or KODAK Lens processed at Signetek for any reason, we will remake the lenses one time within 2 years from original invoice. This replacement may include a change in prescription (correction), fitting measurements, or lens style, treatment, and material (equal or lesser priced option only).

SA Lens Patient and ECP Satisfaction Guarantee
If the patient or ECP is not satisfied with any KODAK Unique Lens processed at Signetek for any reason, we will remake the lens one time within 2 years from original invoice. This replacement is only available in the original prescription and the same lens style, material, and treatment. Within the first 90 days from original invoice, replacement may include a change in prescription (correction), fitting measurements, or lens style, treatment, and material (equal or lesser priced option only).

KODAK Clean'N'CleAR/KODAK CleAR™ Coating 100% Patient
and ECP Satisfaction Guarantee
If the patient or ECP is not satisfied with the KODAK Clean'N'CleAR Coating or KODAK CleAR Coating on any lenses processed at Signetek, for the entire life of the prescription, we will replace them with scratch resistant lenses, with or without AR, in the same prescription and original frame at no additional charge.

Lens Surface Modification and Warranty
Any modification to lens surface by customer will void all warranties.

Consumer Warranties
All consumer satisfaction claims for Signetek KODAK Unique Lens purchases must be returned for processing individually, using the procedures outlined in this document.

Procedures
Orders for replacement lenses may be placed before returning the original lenses. These orders will be invoiced at full price. When the return has been processed, credit to your account will be given. All returns for warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales order number, the reason for return, and the replacement order or reference to the sales order number of a prior replacement order.
