upgrade® is a custom made single vision lens design that optimizes the vision in every situation. The sophisticated backside aspheric HD technology creates a super flat and slim lens and offers the best possible optical results in all pixels of the lens – there will be no compromise with a lens calculated and produced from the PFO Global’s freeform program.

The lens design is based on a three-dimensional x y z-system. The calculation program divides the backside of the lens into more than 100’000 pixels, which are calculated individually by sending rays through the surface of the lens, optimiziing the patient’s view at all angles.
